Yoga For Beginners


Learn how to do Yoga the right way. If you've ever been to a yoga class and didn't know if you were doing the poses correctly, this course is for you. This course will teach you how to do all of the basic yoga poses in a way that is easy to understand, accessible, safe and effective. This 3 hour course is broken down into 8 20 minute segments that teach you, step by step: Seated poses Poses with your hands on the ground Balancing poses Back bend poses Basic breathing technique 2 practice videos that you can do anytime! I'll teach you what equipment you'll need and how to use it. You will learn why using props like blocks and straps are so important to your practice and what to use if you don't have them at home!
